Isla de Rosas resort:

*From June to September the swimming pool have an extra charge of 6 € per person (children less than 3 years old are free) and for all your stay. 

TAX ON STAYS in tourist establishments: 0,90 € rate per person (+17 years old) and per day (maximum of 7 days). 

OCCUPATION: The apartments shall be occupied only by the number of persons indicated in the description. Otherwise, be forced to leave the apartment or pay a supplement.
GUARANTEE: Upon delivery of keys will be asked the amount of 150 € per studio and 300 € per apartment as a guarantee for any possible damage.

CLEANING: The last day, the cleaning have to be made and leave it in the same conditions as you found it on your arrival day. Otherwise, you will have to pay the cleaning, the prices are:
PETS: In the apartments in which pets are accepted, you will be responsible for any possible damage that could be caused. An extra cost of 10 € per pet and for all the stay have be paid.

- Winter season: Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. / 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Requests on floors high, low, .... and other applications are taken into consideration, but in no case warrant the granting of them.

Deposit
At the entrance to accommodation are given a bond amount for which will be refunded in full on departure, unless there is any kind of damage.

Arrival
Please note that the check-in time is between 16:00 pm and 20:00 pm always on Saturdays during July and August. Arrivals after 21:00 pm, Arrivals on Sunday or bank holiday  will have an extra charge of 25 Euros.

Check in earlier than 16:00 pm can be requested but will be confirmed only the day of arrival and need to be warranted by TRAMUNTANA 42 .

The keys will be handed in Tramuntana 42 reception when the remaining 70% of the rent plus the final cleaning and the security deposit are paid. A cash damage deposit ranging from 100 Euros to 300 Euros must be paid by the client upon arrival and will be refunded in full on departure with the return of the keys, after a careful inspection of the apartment.

Departure

Unless TRAMUNTANA 42 and the client have agreed otherwise, the client and the rest of the guests have to leave the apartment before 10:00am on the departure date. Please, request late check out prior to arrival and we will do our best to satisfy your needs.

Cleaning

When checking out, the client must leave the apartment clean and in reasonable conditions, which means that the washing of the used dishes and taking out the garbage from the apartment must be done. If the previous term is not completed, deduction from the damage deposit will take place.

     from 0 to 35 m2 : 30 €           /   from 35 to 70 m2 : 45€

     from 70 m2 to 110 € : 60 €    /    or more ( on request)

Please note that the client has the possibility to opt for a cleaning service with the payment of an additional daily charge. To use this service, the client must inform TRAMUNTANA 42 once the reservation is confirmed or in the check in time.

Number and identity of the guests

The client must inform TRAMUNTANA 42 about the number of guests included within the booking. Unless other agreement with TRAMUNTANA 42 has taken place, only the number of persons stated in the booking confirmation shall be authorized to use the apartment. The number of persons staying in the apartment must not exceed its allocated capacity, except for children under two years old.
Pets are only allowed where permission has specifically been granted.
In the event of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, TRAMUNTANA 42 at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment without any restitution of the previous paid amounts and with no right to claim for compensation.

Behaviour

The client who gives his signature for the rental agreement will be liable for the correct behavior of all the persons accompanying him. In case he or any of the persons accompanying him does not behave in a suitable and responsible way, TRAMUNTANA 42  is entitled to request them to leave the apartment without any restitution of the previous paid amounts and with no right to claim for any compensation.

Responsibilities

Neither TRAMUNTANA 42 not the apartment’s owner hold accountable for any direct or indirect personal damage that may arise as a consequence of the use of the apartment by the client, including: damages, losses caused by fire, robbery or others.

TRAMUNTANA 42 does not hold responsible for any errors or omissions that may arise on the information published in its website, having the right to change at any time apartment s rates, descriptions and photos.

TRAMUNTANA 42 reserves the right to update at any moment its terms and conditions, as may be required by the company s business.

The client is responsible for making sure that the terms & conditions published in TRAMUNTANA 42’s website are valid. The single use of this website s services implies the agreement and acceptance of the above mentioned terms & conditions.

Data privacy

Your personal information will receive the treatment they are entitled under the law of data protection, and in no case be transferred to third parties for any sales promotion or otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

At all times you will be able to cancel your reservation, even if it occurs within three days of arrival, will be charged 30% of the total amount in respect of cancellation fees. To make the cancellation, please contact info@tramuntana42.com indicating your reservation number. 

100% of the deposit is not refundable when the cancellation is made less than thirty days of your arrival date.

100% of the total amount of stay is not refundable when the the cancellation is made during your stay.
